Gerson Zevi is seeking artists to join a unique mobile residency program. We need talented adventurers to join us on the road as we travel through the American Southwest. We will see important Land Art, great museums and beautiful places, spending many of our nights camped beneath the stars. The journey itself will become a form of artistic expression, and the open road will be our canvas. You will have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with other creative individuals from a wide range of artistic backgrounds. Your aesthetic sensibilities will be challenged and strengthened by an exposure to totally new environments.

This trip is collaborative in nature. Participants will get the most out of their experience if they are challenged; not just by their surroundings, but also by the thoughts and ideas of their peers. This is a group project, and we need to assemble the best group of people that we can find.
In an art world increasingly defined by homogeneity and hermeticism, in which commercial galleries too often sacrifice artist development in the pursuit of fads, the notion that gallerists should forge personal relationships with artists predicated upon a shared experience of art is almost revolutionary.
Benjamin Eastham, United Kingdom
This was one of the most stimulating and enjoyable months of my adult life. I went to places I never, ever would have been on my own, I deepened my relationship with visual art tremendously, and I made several dear friends. Getting invited on this trip was like winning the lottery. Glorious from start to finish.
Ned Beauman, United Kingdom
This trip has had a profound effect on my practice and indeed my thought structures. The work I did on the trip and since returning to my studio has a lightness of idea coupled with a heavy adherence to process and experience. The places, museums, galleries and Land Art we saw are pivotal and any artist indeed any person of any age would fortify having seen them.
